Whatever the destination, transportation costs are included in the price. VinoTinto wants to make the offer as simple and clear as possible to simplify the shopping process.
Most countries apply import duties, taxes and other administrative costs. These additional fees and taxes will be added to the price per bottle and will be clearly displayed in the order summery before proceeding to the payment.

What is included in the Subscription Tasting Kits and the Discovery Gift Box?
The subscription Tasting Kit holds three 10cl tubes of three carefully selected wines that correspond to the theme of the month. A booklet describes the theme and guides you through the tasting experience. You will also discover the theme of the next Tasting kit that will arrive only 8 weeks later.
The Discovery Gift Box offers an assortment of ten 10cl tubes. 10 wines selected with a specific theme in mind. A description of each wine is included that highlights the quality and characteristic of each.
Do the tubes insure the quality of the wine ?
This innovative packaging is patented (INRA Montpellier in partnership with Ensam). The tubes have been conditioned by a specialized company, ensuring that the wine preserves all the characteristics of wine in traditional bottles. Several analytical controls are performed on each wine before being conditioned. The wine is protected from oxygen throughout the packaging process. The screw cap seals the tube retaining all the aroma of wine.

We offer a tasting format that gives you unprecedented access to a wide assortment of wines. It allows you to make an informed choice before purchase. How are the wines selected ?
We rigorously select all the wines ourselves with extreme care and in accordance with the four founding principles of VinoTinto (to be found on our website under the heading "Researchers Wine"). We personally meet with each artisan that creates and cares for the wine to its maturity. We try to understand the passion that drives the success. The wines we select have to surprise and be able to transmit the pleasure we felt discovering them.
Why should I subscribe ?
Our subscribers receive 6 Tasting Kits per year allowing them to discover 18 exclusive wines from France and elsewhere. In addition, we want to give subscribers the possibility to discover and enjoy the wine world as much as we do, offering advice and the chance to meet these skillful artisans in their own environment. Que contiennent les Coffrets Abonnements Dégustation et Coffrets Découverte ?
Les Coffrets Abonnement Dégustation contiennent trois tubes de 10 cl sélectionnés par nos soins en correspondance avec le thème de la dégustation du mois. La dégustation se fait à l'aveugle. Le livret qui l’accompagne vous présente le thème et vous guide dans votre dégustation.
Les Coffrets Découverte vous proposent un assortiment de dix tubes de 10cl, dix vins également regroupés autour d'un thème précis. Une fiche descriptive complète vous présentera les qualités et caractéristiques de chacun des vins.
Les tubes me garantissent-ils la qualité des vins ?
Ce procédé innovant de conditionnement est breveté (partenariat Inra Montpellier et Ensam). Conditionnés par une société spécialisée, les tubes garantissent la restitution de toutes les caractéristiques des vins en bouteille. Plusieurs contrôles analytiques sont effectués sur les vins avant conditionnement. Le vin est protégé de l'apport d'oxygène tout au long du processus de flaconnage. La capsule à vis assure une complète herméticité du tube, qui conserve ainsi tous les arômes du vin.

Comment me sont livrés les coffrets ?
Tous nos coffrets sont expédiés par la Poste, dans un emballage renforcé qui assure une pleine protection des articles expédiés.
Les Coffrets Abonnements Dégustation vous sont livrés directement dans votre boîte aux lettres si vous disposez d'un modèle normalisé pouvant accueillir les paquets postaux. Sinon, il vous sera remis en mains propres ou au bureau de poste le plus proche.
Les Coffrets Découvertes sont livrés par colis poste recommandé (Colissimo Expert). En cas d’absence un avis sera déposé dans votre boîte aux lettres. Le colis vous sera remis en mains propres ou au bureau de poste le plus proche contre signature.
Dans quels pays livre VinoTinto ?
VinoTinto livre les pays de l’Europe Communautaire et la Suisse et dans les devises suivantes : Euro, Livres Sterling (GBP) et Francs Suisse (CHF).

Quels frais de transport dois-je payer ?
Les frais de transport sont inclus dans le prix affiché, quelle que soit la destination. Nous souhaitons ainsi simplifier l'offre et le processus d'achat.
Selon le pays de livraison, des frais d’import par bouteille sont imputables: droits d’accises, droits d’import et formalités administratives. Ces frais d’importation sont ajoutés puis inclus dans le prix de vente. Les clients sont informés des frais d’importations et taxes particulières dans le « Récapitulatif de la commande », page automatiquement générée avant paiement.
Si je passe une commande, comment sont conditionnées les bouteilles ?
Les vins sont expédiés exclusivement par caisse de 12 bouteilles (75cl).
Vous avez la possibilité de panacher votre commande de 12 bouteilles minimum afin de bénéficier d'un large assortiment de saveurs.
Nos bouteilles sont conditionnées dans des emballages renforcés prévus pour l'expédition qui garantissent la protection et la qualité du vin tout au long du transport.
En cas de réclamation, que dois-je faire ?
Veuillez vous reporter aux conditions générales de vente de notre site sous la rubrique « Mentions Légales ».
En cas de casse ou livraison incomplète, n’oubliez pas d’émettre lors de la réception une réserve ou d’indiquer sur le bordereau de livraison l’(les) article (s) manquant(s). How are the Tasting Kits and Discovery Gift Box delivered to me ?
All our boxes are shipped by post, in reinforced packages, providing complete protection of the bottles.
Subscription Tasting Kits (3 tubes) are delivered directly to your mailbox if you have a standard format that can accommodate postal packets. Otherwise, the shipment will be hand-delivered to you or can be picked up at the nearest post office.
Discovery Gift Boxes (10 tubes) are shipped by registered parcel post (Colissimo Expert). In case of absence, you will be notified. The package will either be hand delivered to you or can be picked up at the nearest post office.
Where do you ship ?
VinoTinto currently ships to all member countries of the European Community and Switzerland. Orders are invoiced in the following currencies: Euro (Euro), Pounds Sterling (GBP) and Swiss Francs (CHF).

The wine is shipped exclusively in 12 bottle cases.
Mixed cases are possible so you can enjoy a wide assortment.
Our bottles are specially packed to ensure the best possible protection during transportation and avoid any loss of quality to the wine.
